Keto Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Melt the butter over medium heat in a sauce pan. Then add the Franks and cream cheese. Mix over heat until cream cheese has melted. Mix in the shredded chicken. Once fully combined remove from heat.
Sprinkle your cheese mixture onto a non stick pan in 6 even circles approximately 4 to 5 inches in diameter. Place in a 350F oven until edges of cheese begin to brown.
Remove cheese from oven and allow to cool until the center begin to set. Remove cheese to paper towel to blot off grease.
While cheese is still warm and has not hardened roll buffalo chicken mixture in crisp. Garnish with parsley and serve with salsa, sour cream, or whatever dips you would like.
