They’re sweet, light, fluffy and it’s like having dessert for breakfast. Traditional pancakes, however, are loaded with carbs, sugar, and shame. Luckily, it’s not that hard to recreate pancakes, low carb style.
To make keto pancakes without the use of almond flour and coconut flour, you’re essentially going to make cheesecake pancakes. So, if you like cheesecake too then this recipe is a definite win-win. But, seeing as these are pancakes and not a cheesecake,e you have to do something about the taste. In these instances, you really benefit from adding a strong flavor to mask the fact that you’re using cream cheese instead of Bisquick.

- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Swerve sweetener
- 1 tsp Swerve sweetener
- 80 Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Ingredients

- Beat cream cheese and eggs together until mostly smooth. Add remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips) until you have smooth pancake-like batter.
- Pour into a pan on medium heat and quickly add 10 to 12 chocolate chips. Flip when chocolate chips begin to melt. Serve with sugar-free syrup and other toppings of your choice.
