  1. Spread the pecans on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes.
  2. In a sauce pan combine butter and Swerve. Stir over medium low heat until golden brown. Add heavy cream and again cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add vanilla and pecans and mix until thoroughly combined. Let cool for a minute. Spoon onto parchment paper in 6 equal portions. Place in refrigerator to set. Once set, enjoy! Store in the refrigerator.
