Keto Whipped Cream

Keto Whipped Cream is a simple and easy recipe. It’s sure to add a bit a delectable flourish to your Keto Coffee or low carb cheesecake. Sure, you can buy low carb whipped cream in the store. But, it’s full of odd chemicals and food additives that you don’t need in your diet. Instead, you can make your own whipped cream with just 3 ingredients. Best of all, it has zero carbs and you can whip it up in a couple of minutes, literally.

101 Uses for Low-Carb Whipped Cream

Why did I feel the need to post such a simple recipe?

Although it’s super quick and easy it’s also extremely versatile. Almost anything sweet benefits from a little keto whipped cream. Having some keto hot chocolate? You’re going to want to put some keto whipped cream on top. Maybe, you’re enjoying a delicious keto apple crisp? Boom, you’re going to need keto whipped cream on that too. Has anyone ever complained about having too much whipped cream? I’ve never heard it.

Honestly, you can put whipped cream on whatever you want or just eat it by itself. It is okay to do that. I do that.

Whipped Cream Techniques

There is really only one way to screw this recipe up and that is by whipping too much. Whip your heavy cream concoction until stiff peaks form. Then STOP. More is not better here. If you continue whipping then the heavy cream will start to separate and then you’ll have to start all over again with new ingredients. Not only is that wasteful and mildly irritating but it also lengthens the time between where you are now and when you get to have tasty whipped cream.
